Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Our team will go through processes to see if you’re eligible for a return and exchange

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Out-of-Stock Items Refund Policy

  1. Availability of Products: Our inventory is subject to change and availability. While we strive to ensure all items listed are in stock, there may be instances where products become unavailable after an order has been placed.

  2. Refund Policy for Out-of-Stock Items: a. In the event that an item you've ordered is out of stock, Kickbox offers a partial refund and store credit as compensation. b. We will refund 50% of the purchase price of the out-of-stock item to the original payment method used for the transaction. c. The remaining 50% of the purchase price will be issued as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our platform.

  3. Notification: If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will promptly notify you via email or phone provided during the order process.

  4. Refund Process: a. Refunds for out-of-stock items will be processed within 4 business days from the date of notification. b. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  5. Store Credit: a. Store credit for the remaining 50% of the purchase price will be issued to your account upon processing the refund. b. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our platform and has no expiration date.

  6. Conditions: a. This policy applies only to items that are confirmed to be out of stock after an order has been placed. b. The decision to issue a partial refund and store credit is at the discretion of Kickbox.

  7. Exclusions:a. This policy does not apply to items that are discontinued or permanently unavailable. b. Items eligible for pre-order or backorder are not subject to this policy.

  8. Modifications: a. Kickbox reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.b. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
